I may be partial to the flavors of the islands but I sure do love these guava bars. Lower the temperature to 325°F. Once the cheesecake is completely chilled, run a thin-bladed knife around the edge one more time, then release the edge of the springform pan. Add the guava sauce to the cheesecake batter and continue mixing until the mixture looks pink-ish. Heat guava jelly over medium heat until melted, about 3-5 minutes.
