The Yamaha has Rosewood sides and back (which again will be laminated, I'd expect), whereas the Squier has Aganthis - Rosewood is a better tonewood, and will give you slightly better resonance and projection - but again, the difference in these two sets of materials is going to be hard to tell apart at this price band (again, solid back and sides in Rosewood would be the way to go over Aganthis, laminate won't make that much difference in either case).
