Easy tender and flavorful chicken in a rich sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, garlic, white wine, fresh basil and plenty of Parmesan Ingredients 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut diagonally into 6 cutlets (1 ½ lbs) heather, if you have turkey cutlets I'm sure it would be great, but not sure about leftover turkey.
