Due to Covid-19 the Christmas usual festivities can’t happen as they normally do but we will have a Christmas dinner on 9th December, class bubbles singing Christmas songs and carols which will be posted onto the individual class Jotter pages and we are also planning to put a whole school Christmas song recorded in sections and then linked together for our website. Everyone had lots of great ideas including sharing our toys with each other, helping someone if they fall over, and inviting people to play with us. After discussions with the Book Fair people and staff we will hold a limited book fair and encourage contactless payment. Decorations will go up, Christmas cards will still come in but will be quarantined for 72 hours and we will make this Christmas as jolly for everyone as we always would, but again in the words of the Prime Minister, we will also continue to be “ jolly careful”. We can only have 1 household/family at a time in no more than 6 but children are welcome to come as well.
